Our Story

Sud & Sea began with a long-held dream.

More than fifteen years ago, Traci began her career in real estate, developing a deep understanding of property, people, and the responsibility that comes with both. But her connection to France began even earlier, during a semester studying at the Sorbonne in Paris. It was there she fell in love with the rhythm of French life, the beauty of its homes, and the quiet elegance woven into everyday living.

Over the years, Traci and her partner Billy built and led a successful retreat business that took them around the world. Through travel and hospitality, they experienced firsthand what thoughtful service feels like. They saw how powerful it is to arrive somewhere and feel instantly at ease, knowing every detail has been considered.

Eventually, that early dream resurfaced. They moved to the South of France, drawn back to the lifestyle that had first inspired her. It was here that Sud & Sea was born.

Sud & Sea was created to offer something personal. Not large-scale rental management, not transactional property services, but attentive, consistent care for privately owned homes. The kind of service you would want looking after your own home while you are away.

Today, Traci leads Sud & Sea, bringing her personal attention, precision, and discretion to every villa in their care. She oversees each property directly, from regular inspections and maintenance coordination to ensuring everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival.

At Sud & Sea, we believe a home should feel ready, calm, and welcoming the moment you arrive. Our role is to quietly take care of everything behind the scenes, so you can simply step into the feeling of relaxation, happiness, and peace that the South of France is known for.
